AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN RIVERS FAMILY OF SERVICES REGARDING RAISE THE AGE ENHANCED CASE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT

WHEREAS, The Director of the Probation Department has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Northern Rivers Family of Services regarding enhanced case management services for the Raise the Age population in an amount not to exceed $647,174 for a term commencing April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2027, and
WHEREAS, The Director has indicated that the Purchasing Department has determined a Request for Proposals is no longer required for these services due to the specific grant requirements for the Participants Achieving Through Hard Work Program, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Northern Rivers Family of Services, Albany, NY 12208 regarding case management services for the Raise the Age population in an amount not to exceed $647,174 for a term commencing April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
