AMENDING THE 2025 DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

WHEREAS, The Albany County District Attorney has requested a budget-neutral amendment to the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget to address staffing and compensation, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and, be it further

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
