RESOLUTION NO. 112

 

AUTHORIZING A CORRECTION TO THE TAX ROLL FOR THE TOWN OF RENSSELAERVILLE

 

                     Introduced: 4/13/26

By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body has received one application from the Director of the Real Property Tax Service Agency for a correction of real property taxes, and

 

WHEREAS, This application has been investigated by the Director who recommends to this Honorable Body that the Tax Roll involved be corrected, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the listed Tax Roll for the Town of Rensselaerville be corrected with respect to the following parcel of real property:

RESOLVED, Said correction shall be in accordance with Form RP-554 as submitted with favorable recommendation by the Director in accordance with the provisions of the New York Real Property Tax Law, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
