AMENDING THE 2025 SHERIFF’S OFFICE BUDGET: YEAR END ADJUSTMENTS

By Public Safety Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget to cover expenditures through the end of 2025, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
