AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH AUDIO VISUAL CORPORATION REGARDING THE EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEM FOR THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER

WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with Audio Visual Corporation regarding the expansion of the existing Emergency Operations audiovisual system to establish a secondary command and administrative site at the former St. Rose Campus in an amount not to exceed $380,341 for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Audio Visual Corporation, Albany, NY 12204 regarding the expansion of the existing Emergency Operations audiovisual system to establish a secondary command and administrative site at the former St. Rose Campus in an amount not to exceed $380,341 for a term commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
