AMENDING THE 2025 LAW DEPARTMENT BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

By Law Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The County Attorney has requested an amendment to the 2025 Law Department Budget to accurately reflect the expenditures of the Department by increasing the appropriate expense lines, and

 

WHEREAS, The County Attorney has also indicated that the requested budget amendment is neutral, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Law Department Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
