RESOLUTION NO. 476

 

AMENDING THE 2025 DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE BUDGET: ENHANCED PAY

 

                     Introduced: 11/10/25

By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The District Attorney’s Office has requested authorization to amend the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget in order to allocate additional funding to the Enhanced Pay line for allocation to Department staff, and

 

                     WHEREAS, The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has permitted funding in the amount of $23,952 that was misappropriated by the former District Attorney to be reallocated for its original intended purpose, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

                     

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendments as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
