AMENDING THE 2025 WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT BUDGET:  OVERTIME AND SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT

 

                     Introduced:  12/8/25

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Executive Director of the Water Purification District has requested a budget amendment to the 2025 Water Purification District Budget for overtime and specialty equipment, and

 

WHEREAS, The Executive Director has indicated that this budget neutral adjustment is necessary to account for overtime overages associated with continued staff shortages and the purchase of specialty equipment, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Water Purification District Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
