APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR TO THE ADVANCE ALBANY COUNTY ALLIANCE, A LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 395 for 2020, the Legislature authorized the incorporation of the Advance Albany County Alliance, a Local Development Corporation, for the purpose of leading economic development efforts in Albany County, and
WHEREAS, There currently exists a vacancy on the Advance Albany County Alliance and Michael Cinquanti has expressed an interest in being appointed to serve as a director on the Advance Albany County Alliance, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that Michael Cinquanti is hereby appointed to the Board of Directors of the Advance Albany County Alliance Local Development Corporation for a term commencing immediately, and ending December 31, 2024 and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
