WHEREAS, The Albany County Comptroller has requested a budget neutral amendment to the 2026 Albany County Budget to address staffing issues for the Comptroller’s Office, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 2026 Comptroller’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
