AMENDING THE 2025 WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT BUDGET:  EQUIPMENT REPAIR

WHEREAS, The Executive Director of the Water Purification District has requested a budget amendment to the 2025 Water Purification District Budget to purchase additional primary clarifier components, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Water Purification District Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
