RESOLVED, By the County Legislature of the County of Albany that a public hearing on proposed Local Law No. “J” “A LOCAL LAW OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, LIMITING THIRD-PARTY FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES DURING A DECLARED EMERGENCY” for 2021”, be held by the County Legislature in the William J. Conboy II Legislative Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, and the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to cause notice of such hearing to be published containing the necessary information in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

Mr. Peter made a motion to amend the Resolution as follows:
In the Title, Delete “2021” and replace with “2020”, and in the First Resolved clause, Delete “by the County Legislature in the William J. Conboy II Legislative Chambers, Albany County Courthouse, Albany, New York” and Replace with “remotely by the County Legislature, with information available on the Albany County website,”
Amendment was adopted by unanimous vote.
