RESOLUTION NO. 261

 

AMENDING THE 2022 SHERIFF’S OFFICE BUDGET: VEHICLE REPLACEMENT

 

                     Introduced: 7/11/22

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Sheriff has requested an amendment to the 2022 Sheriff’s Office Budget in order to transfer $50,000 from the reserve fund line to the Automobile line to meet ambulance services needs through the end of the year, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that the 2022 Sheriff’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

                     Decrease Reserve Account A00890 Reserve EMS Ambulance Fund by $50,000

 

Increase Appropriation Account A3110.2 by $50,000 by increasing Line Item A3110 2 2400 Automobiles by $50,000

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
