AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH BUDGET: OPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDS

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Health has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Department of Health Budget to reflect anticipated spending of Opioid Settlement Funds, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Health Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
