AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH DIGESARE MECHANICAL, INC. REGARDING PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE SHAKER TOWER RENOVATION PROJECT

By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with DiGesare Mechanical, Inc. regarding plumbing construction services for the Shaker Tower Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $233,450 for a term commencing December 1, 2025 and ending November 30, 2026, and

 

WHEREAS, Through the Purchasing Agent, the Department received two bids and DiGesare Mechanical, Inc. was deemed the lowest responsible bidder, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with DiGesare Mechanical, Inc., Schenectady, NY 12303 regarding plumbing construction services for the Shaker Tower Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $233,450 for a term commencing December 1, 2025 and ending November 30, 2026, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
