APPOINTMENT OF THE MAJORITY COUNSEL AND DEPUTY MAJORITY COUNSEL OF THE LEGISLATURE

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, pursuant to Article 2, Section 203 and 204 of the Albany County Charter, that the following named persons, residing in the County of Albany, State of New York are hereby appointed to the indicated positions at salaries set forth in the Annual County Budget for terms commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027:
Rebekah N. Kennedy, Majority Counsel
Brandon D. Russell, Deputy Majority Counsel
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That such individuals shall serve in said capacities as long as they enjoy the confidence of the Majority Leader, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
