AMENDING THE 2023 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET: OVERTIME

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested an amendment to the 2023 Department of Public Works Budget in order to cover overtime expenses for the remainder of the year, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2023 Department of Public Works Budget is amended as follows:

 

Decrease Appropriation Account DM5130.1 by $6,700 by decreasing Line Item DM5130 1 8414 001 600021 Utility Person by $6,700

 

Increase Appropriation Account DM5130.1 by $6,700 by increasing Line Item DM5130 1 9900 Overtime by $6,700

 

Decrease Appropriation Account D5110.1 by $13,500 by decreasing Line Item D5110 1 7212 004 590016 Equipment Operator by $13,500

 

Decrease Appropriation Account D5110.1 by $9,900 by decreasing Line Item D5110 1 7212 017 590029 Equipment Operator by $9,900

 

Increase Appropriation Account D5110.1 by $23,400 by increasing Line Item A5110 1 9900 Overtime by $23,400

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
