RESOLUTION NO. 131

 

FINALIZING THE ACCOUNTING OF THE 2021 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET

 

                     Introduced: 4/11/22

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Comptroller’s Office has informed the Albany County Legislature that certain budget amendments are necessary to finalize the accounting of the 2021 Albany County Budget, and

 

                     WHEREAS, The Comptroller has filed with the Clerk of the Legislature a list of adjustments to the 2021 Budget to provide for sufficient appropriations to accommodate 2021 expenditures and encumbrances, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2021 Albany County Budget is hereby amended and finalized as indicated in the detailed accounting annexed hereto, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
