AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 477 FOR 2025 REGARDING THE 2025 DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 477 for 2025, this Honorable Body amended the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget to properly fund certain lines through the remainder of the 2025 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, The District Attorney has indicated that an amendment is necessary, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 477 for 2025 is hereby amended by deleting the First Resolved Clause in its entirety, and replacing it as follows:
“RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 District Attorney’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:
and, be it further”
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendments as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
