AMENDING THE 2022 WATER PURIFICATION DISTRICT BUDGET: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Albany County Executive Director of the Water Purification District has requested to amend the 2022 Water Purification District budget to fund a Chief of Instrumentation position for the remainder of the year, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2022 Water Purification District Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

Decrease Appropriation Account G8130.1 by $20,000 by decreasing Line Item G8130 1 9952 Compensatory by $20,000

 

Increase Appropriation Account G8130.1 by $20,000 by increasing Line Item G8130 1 3630 001 630009 Chief of Instrumentation by $20,000 with an annual salary of $77,407

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
