The Department of Management & Budget is requesting Legislative authorization to make several administrative adjustments to various 2025 departmental budgets, as shown on the attached amendment. These transfers are being requested to correct accounts that either are currently negative or are forecasted to go negative by year end. The net amount of transfers requested is $3,109,478, but overall the amendment is cost neutral
