RESOLUTION NO. 70

 

AUTHORIZING ALBANY COUNTY TO ASSUME THE ROLE OF ONE STOP SYSTEMS OPERATOR FOR THE CAPITAL REGION WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD AND AMENDING THE 2020 COUNTY EXECUTIVE’S OFFICE BUDGET

                     By Audit and Finance Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Albany County Executive has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with the Capital Region Workforce Development Board to allow Albany County to assume the role of the One Stop Systems Operator in the amount of $4,800 for the term commencing October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020, and

 

WHEREAS, The County Executive has also requested a budget amendment in order to incorporate the aforementioned funding into the 2020 County Executive’s Office Budget, now, therefore be it 

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with the Capital Region Workforce Development Board, Albany, NY 12206 to allow Albany County to assume the role of One Stop Systems Operator in an amount not to exceed $4,800 for the term commencing October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2020 Albany County Executive’s Office Budget is amended as follows:

 

Increase Revenue Account A2770 Other Revenue by $4,800

 

Increase Appropriation Account A1230.4 by $4,800 by increasing Line Item A1230 4 4046 Fees for Services by $4,800

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
