WHEREAS, Albany County’s America 250 Commission has requested that the County Legislature provide authorization to amend its budget by reallocating funds to provide support to the Commission’s County Historian's Office; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 2026 Albany County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
