CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

                     By Personnel Committee:

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, pursuant to Article 3, Section 302 (c) of the Albany County Charter that the appointment of Nicole Keough as the Director of Affirmative Action, to serve at the pleasure of the County Executive, at a salary as appropriated in the Annual County Budget, is hereby confirmed, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
