RESOLUTION NO. 492

 

AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION BUDGET:  TEMPORARY HELP AND TAX ASSESSMENT

 

                     Introduced:  12/8/25

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested authorization to amend to the 2025 Department of Parks and Recreation Budget to increase the Temporary Help and Tax Assessment allocations, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this budget neutral adjustment is necessary to address an anticipated shortfall in the Temporary Help and Tax Assessment budgets, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Parks and Recreation Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
