AMENDING THE 2026 DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES BUDGET: JUVENILE JUSTICE SUPPORT SERVICES

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department for Children, Youth and Families has requested a budget amendment to re-appropriate funding into the 2026 Department Budget for economically disadvantaged youth programs, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Department for Children, Youth and Families Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
