AMENDING THE 2025 SHERIFF'S OFFICE BUDGET: GUN INVOLVED VIOLENCE ELIMINATION XI INITIATIVE

                     By Public Safety Committee and Domalewicz:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Sheriff has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget to reallocate Gun Involved Violence Elimination XI Initiative funding to allow for more efficient use of the funding before the grant period concludes, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Sheriff’s Office Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
