AMENDING THE 2025 ALBANY COUNTY BUDGET: REGIONAL EXPANSION OF ALBANY COUNTY HEALTHCARE COOPERATIVE

                     WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Albany County Budget to establish sufficient financial reserves to allow for the creation of the Regional Expansion of Albany County Healthcare Cooperative for the purpose of providing employee health insurance, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Albany County Budget is amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
