AMENDING THE 2025 PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE BUDGET: SALARY ADJUSTMENTS

                     By Law Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Public Defender has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Public Defender’s Office Budget to incorporate salary changes related to positions funded by the Second Statewide Expansion of Hurrell-Harring Grant from the New York State Office of Indigent Legal Services, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Public Defender’s Office Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
