AMENDING THE 2026 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET: SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT

 

                     Introduced: 3/9/26

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Department of Public Works Budget regarding the purchase of specialty equipment, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this amendment will reallocate funds from the Department’s Consolidate Highway Improvement Program to purchase an Asphalt Compactor, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Department of Public Works Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
