CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ALBANY COUNTY ATTORNEY

                     By Personnel Committee:

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, pursuant to Article 3, Section 302(c) of the Albany County Charter that the appointment of Eugenia K. Condon residing in the County of Albany, New York as the County Attorney for the County of Albany, to serve at the pleasure of the County Executive, at the salary appropriated in the Annual County Budget, is hereby confirmed, and, be it further

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
