AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH NTS DATA SERVICES, LLC REGARDING SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF SOFTWARE INSTALLED AT THE ALBANY COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS

WHEREAS, The Commissioners of the Board of Elections have requested authorization to enter into an agreement with NTS Data Services, LLC regarding support and maintenance of software installed at the Albany County Board of Elections in the amount of $102,797 for a term commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioners have indicated that NTS Data Services, LLC was selected as a sole source vendor pursuant to General Municipal Law § 103 and previously authorized for a contract with the County by the Contract Administration Board for the support and maintenance of several software applications at the Albany County Board of Elections, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with NTS Data Services, LLC, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, regarding support and maintenance of software installed at the Albany County Board of Elections in the amount of $102,797 for a term commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
