AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT AND CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF RESIDENTIAL HEALTH CARE FACILITIES

 

                     Introduced:  9/13/21

                     By Personnel Committee and Mr. A. Joyce:

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that pursuant to Article 3, Section 302 (c) of the Albany County Charter that the appointment of Larry I. Slatky to serve as the Director of the Albany County Department of Residential Health Care Facilities is hereby confirmed, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with Larry I. Slatky to serve as the Executive Director of the Albany County Department of Residential Health Care Facilities for a term of three years commencing October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2024 at an amount not to exceed $350,000 annually, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
