DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: (state briefly why legislative action is requested)
The Department of Management and Budget requests to amend Resolution 121 for 2026. After the proposed resolution was presented and approved by the committee, a handful of clerical errors were found in its budget modification. This amendment resolves those errors. This amendment comes at no cost to the County and besides slight monetary changes will not impact any programming.
