APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION

                     WHEREAS, The Constitution and By-Laws of the Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Albany County provide that one member of the Board of Directors shall be appointed by the County Legislature, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the Honorable William Reinhardt, Legislator from the 33rd District, be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative Extension Association of Albany County for 2026, and be it further,

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the Director of the Cooperative Extension Association and to the appropriate County Officials.
