AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH MJG CONSTRUCTION GROUP, LLC REGARDING THE STEADMAN HOUSE RENOVATION PROJECT

By Public Safety Committee:

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of General Services has requested authorization to enter into an agreement with MJG Construction Group, LLC regarding the Steadman House Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $831,500 for a term commencing October 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2026, and

 

WHEREAS, Through the Purchasing Agent, the Department received four bids and MJG Construction Group, LLC was deemed the lowest responsible bidder, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the County Executive is authorized to enter into an agreement with MJG Construction Group, LLC, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 regarding the Steadman House Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $831,500 for a term commencing October 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2026, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
