AMENDING AN AGREEMENT WITH AJ3 SOLUTIONS, LLC AND CATALOG AND COMMERCE SOLUTIONS, LLC REGARDING AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

By Law Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The County Executive has requested authorization to amend an agreement with AJ3 Solutions, LLC and Catalog and Commerce Solutions, LLC regarding an electronic contract management system, and

 

WHEREAS, The County Executive has indicated that the contract was previously authorized by the Contract Administration Board and that amending the agreement to include an additional $7,200 is necessary to remedy a clerical error, and

 

WHEREAS, The County Executive has also requested authorization to enter into the first of four one-year options to renew the agreement in the amount of $68,600 for the term commencing September 15, 2025 and ending September 14, 2026, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Contract #2024-2276 is hereby amended to reflect a new total amount not to exceed $104,400 for the term commencing September 15, 2024 and ending September 14, 2025, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Executive is authorized to enter into the first of four one-year options to renew the agreement with AJ3 Solutions, LLC, Victor, NY 14565 and Catalog and Commerce Solutions, LLC, Pittsford, NY 14534 regarding an electronic contract management system in the amount of $68,600 for the term commencing September 15, 2025 and ending September 14, 2026, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreements as to form and content, and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
