Requesting Legislative authorization to convey the property located on Monroe Ave. in the Town of Bethlehem (Tax Map. No. 63.12-3-34) to an adjacent property owner. Frank Gallo, the abutting property owner, has offered $2,500 to purchase the lot. As part of the sale, the buyer will be responsible for all closing costs.
