WHEREAS, The Constitution and By-Laws of the Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Albany County provide that one member of the Board of Directors shall be appointed by the County Legislature, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the Hon. Christopher Smith of East Berne, New York is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative Extension Association of Albany County for 2021, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the Director of the Cooperative Extension Association and the appropriate County Officials.
