AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 591 FOR 2023 REGARDING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 107 SPAWN HOLLOW ROAD (TAX MAP NO. 132.00-1-43) IN THE TOWN OF BETHLEHEM

By Audit and Finance Committee and Miller:

 

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 591 for 2023, this Honorable Body authorized the conveyance of real property located at 107 Spawn Hollow Road (Tax Map No. 132.00-1-43) in the Town of Bethlehem to Lisa Shutter and David Albright, 32 Locust Drive, Selkirk, NY 12158 for $1,000, and

 

WHEREAS, An amendment is necessary in order to complete the conveyance, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that Resolution No. 591 for 2023 is hereby amended by replacing all instances of “David” with “Donald” throughout, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said conveyance as to form and content, and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
