AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES BUDGETS: ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENTS

By Social Services Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department for Children Youth, and Families has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Department for Children, Youth, and Families budget regarding for administrative adjustments, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner indicated that this amendment is necessary to account for various expenses, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 the Department for Youth, and Family Services budgets are hereby amended as follows,

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
