AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 705 FOR 2024 AS AMENDED REGARDING WINTER MAINTENANCE ON STATE ROADS

By Public Works Committee:
WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 705 for 2024, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement regarding winter maintenance services on state roads in the amount of $5,064,551 for a term commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2029, and
WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 52 for 2025, this Honorable Body authorized an amendment to this agreement in the amount of $43,643 to reflect a new reimbursable total of $5,108,194, and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested an additional amendment to the agreement with the New York State Department of Transportation in the amount of $70,603 to reflect a new total contract reimbursement amount of $5,178,797, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that Resolution No. 705 for 2024 as amended is hereby amended in the amount of $70,603 to reflect a new total contract reimbursement amount of $5,178,797, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said amendment as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
