RESOLUTION NO. 62

 

AMENDING THE 2026 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET: PAVING

 

                     Introduced: 3/9/26

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested authorization to amend the 2026 Department of Public Works Budget regarding paving, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this amendment will reflect an additional $228,532 received from the Champlain Hudson Power Express for the repair of roads from damage caused by the installation of high voltage power lines on County Route 53 and County Route 54, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2026 Department of Public Works Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
