WHEREAS, A change of title has become necessary in order to reflect the duties and responsibilities of staff in the Legislative Black Caucus, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that the 2024 Albany County Budget is hereby amended as follows:
Decrease Appropriation Account A1010.1 by $38,823 by decreasing and deleting Line Item A1010 1 0008 Director of Operations (LBC) by $38,823
Decrease Appropriation Account A1010.4 by $9,817 by decreasing Line Item A1010 4 4011 Community Dev. Pub. Hlth Safety by $9,817
Increase Appropriation Account A1010.1 by $47,942 by creating and increasing Line Item A1010 1 1965 110098 Director of Strategic Planning (LBC) by $47,942 with an annual salary of $89,036
Increase Appropriation Account A1010.8 by $698 by increasing Line Item A1010 8 9030 Social Security by $698

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
