APPOINTMENT OF THE MINORITY COUNSEL OF THE LEGISLATURE

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, pursuant to Article 2, Section 203 and 204 of the Albany County Charter, that James Curran, residing in the County of Albany, State of New York is hereby appointed to the position of Minority Counsel at a salary set forth in the Annual County Budget for a term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That such individual shall serve in said capacity as long as they enjoy the confidence of the Minority Leader, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
