The South Plant Treatment Process Improvement Project was previously approved under the 2025-2029 County Capital Program in the amount of $41,042,00. The District had submitted a financing application to Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) for project funding and this request is to amend the existing bond resolution is to address concerns EFC had raised during their review of the District’s application.
