AMENDING THE 2025 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET:  AUTOMOBILE PARTS AND SUPPLIES

 

                     Introduced: 10/14/25

By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Public Works has requested authorization to amend the 2025 Department of Public Works Budget regarding automobile parts and supplies, and

 

WHEREAS, The Commissioner has indicated that this amendment is essential to ensure sufficient funding for vehicle and equipment parts through the remainder of the year, now, therefore, be it

 

                     RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2025 Department of Public Works Budget is hereby amended as follows:

 

 

and, be it further

 

                     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
