AMENDING THE 2022 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS BUDGET: PURCHASE OF PARTS TO REPAIR DAMAGE TO A 2020 WESTERN STAR 4700SF SNOW PLOW

                     By Public Works Committee:

 

                     WHEREAS, The Albany County Commissioner of Public Works has requested an amendment to the 2022 Department of Public Works Budget to cover the cost of automobile parts to repair a 2020 Western Star 4700SF Snow Plow which sustained significant damage in an accident as Progressive Insurance Company has paid the County in the amount of $22,031 for the damage, now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that the 2022 Department of Public Works budget is amended as follows:

 

Create and Increase Revenue Account DM2 2680 by $22,031 by increasing Line Item DM2 5130 0 2680 Insurance Recovery by $22,031

 

Increase Appropriation Account DM5130.4 by $22,031 by increasing Line Item DM 5130 4 4029 Automobile Parts/Supplies by $22,031

 

and, be it further

 

RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
