AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 308 FOR 2025 REGARDING AN AGREEMENT WITH HEALTH INSURANCE SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED REGARDING EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADVISORY SERVICES

WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 308 for 2025, this Honorable Body authorized an agreement with Health Insurance Solutions Incorporated, Telford, PA 18969, regarding employee benefit advisory services for Albany County, in an amount based upon for formula provided in the RFP, for a term commencing September 1, 2025 and ending August 31, 2026, with two additional one-year options to renew, and
WHEREAS, The Department of Law has requested an amendment be made to clarify the official name of the vendor, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature, that Resolution No. 308 for 2025 is hereby amended by replacing all instances of “Health Insurance Solutions” with “HISI Health Solutions, LLC”, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the County Attorney is authorized to approve said agreement as to form and content, and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the County Legislature is directed to forward certified copies of this resolution to the appropriate County Officials.
