WHEREAS, In accordance with a duly certified copy of the annual budget as adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Knox for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Albany County Legislature that there be assessed and levied upon the taxable property within the Town of Knox, the following as specified in the annual budget of the Town of Knox:
